Project Background
Opened in 2008, the Tracked Transit System (TTS) light rail system provides an underground link between terminals T5a, T5b, and T5c.
The new sliding roof will replace an existing concrete slab that covers a 12-metre shaft located on a grass area between two live taxiways, and will provide subterranean access for rapid maintenance of train cars.
We will deliver 6 x preassembled roof cassettes, each comprising a galvanised steel frame, HepcoMotion roller bearing wheels and running rail system, and profiled metal decking.
