Project Summary

As part of Margam Green Energy Limited’s site expansion and update, our extensive scope included the supply and installation of all structural steelwork and ancillaries to form:

Main Building Works: Saxlund in Boiler House, stair towers, oil tank platforms, weighbridge inspection platform. The main scope of works consisted approximately 125 tonnes of structural steelwork, plus more than 1,400 square metres of open grating, and 3500 metres of handrail.

Ash Silo: consisted of more than 75 tonnes of structural steelwork, 500 square metres of open grating, and 700 metres of handrail.

Additional Works: included various pipe supports, duct supports, and monorails.

We fabricated the primary steelwork in-house at our facility in Skelton, all to Mag 138 welding procedures.
