We set ourselves the challenge of becoming the safest steel construction company by enforcing our POWER initiative to reduce workplace accidents, injuries, and occupational health problems.
Our POWER initiative applies to company-wide information, training, and supervision. We actively promote and encourage:

Workforce engagement leads to shared vigilance, and this applies to all people working on our sites, whether employees, contractors, or temporary workers.
We have authorised signatories at Heathrow and Stansted, alongside highly-trained staff for obtaining full security passes, temporary security passes, and all plant/vehicle passes required.
We have dedicated staff who are skilled in arranging the relevant logistics for airport work. Fabrication work is completed at our own facility and transported to site via FORS Silver hauliers.
At Heathrow Airport, all deliveries needed to be delivered via Colnbrook Logistics Centre. We booked all delivered in via a Fulcrum System and our logistics team worked with the Colnbrook Logistics Centre to ensure hauliers complied with all requirements, so that our site team and client had a clear plan of all site movements each day.
We ensure all of our employees are briefed on airport security via an airport induction, carried out by either the client or our own in-house HSE Manager.
All site personnel are issued with full airside passes, which are obtained following the completion of a GSAT and BSAT (if required) training course. We also completed a full background check and obtain of a basic DBS along with a full security interview carried out by an authorised signatory or designated site manager.
